Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused
In the original packaging
In the same condition you received it
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that show signs of use or damage caused by misuse may not be eligible for a refund.
